| PKCδ is one of the novel isoforms of the Protein Kinase C (PKC) family, involved in regulating various cellular processes. It participates in diverse signaling pathways influencing cell proliferation, differentiation, survival, apoptosis, and migration. In some cancers, PKCδ is upregulated and associated with higher tumor aggressiveness, particularly when it contributes to pathways that promote cell survival and invasion.
