EDM, Evodiamine: Click to Expand ⟱
Features:
Evodiamine is a bioactive alkaloid isolated primarily from the fruit of the traditional Chinese medicinal herb Evodia rutaecarpa. Evodiamine is a natural alkaloid from Evodia rutaecarpa, a traditional Chinese medicine. It has various pharmacological activities, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, anti-microbial and metabolic regulation, but also shows hepatotoxicity and cardiotoxicity.

Source:
Type:
MUC1-C is a truncated form of the MUC1 protein that is generated through alternative splicing.
MUC1-C lacks the extracellular domain of MUC1 and is instead localized to the cytoplasm and nucleus. MUC1-C has been shown to have distinct functions from MUC1, including the regulation of cell growth, survival, and transformation.
MUC1-C is often overexpressed in cancer cells and can contribute to oncogenesis by promoting cell proliferation, inhibiting apoptosis, and enhancing metastasis.
