Leptin is an adipokine elevated in obesity.
Many tumors overexpress the leptin receptor (Ob-R), creating autocrine/paracrine signaling loops.
Leptin acts as a pro-oncogenic signal integrator, linking:

1.Circulating leptin (systemic)
