Olive Oil, Olive Oil: Click to Expand ⟱
Features:
Olive Oil mainly used as extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO)

Olive oil is ~70–80% oleic acid.
It contributes by:
-reducing inflammation
-improving membrane lipid composition
-lowering oxidative stress compared to omega-6-rich oils

But oleic acid alone does not account for the strongest anticancer effects—those come from the phenolic fraction (especially oleocanthal).
Main active components:
OLE: Oleuropein
HT: HydroxyTyrosol
OLEC: Oleocanthal

known to help fight against CSCs. See individual components for details

also see Oleic Acid for more details.
