| Cytokine receptor-like factor 2 (CRLF2) is a member of the cytokine receptor family and has been implicated in various biological processes, including immune responses and hematopoiesis. CRLF2 has been associated with certain types of leukemia, particularly B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). Abnormal expression or mutations in CRLF2 can lead to dysregulated signaling pathways that promote cell proliferation and survival, contributing to the development and progression of these cancers. High levels of CRLF2 expression may correlate with poor outcomes in patients with specific types of leukemia. |
