| IGFR (Insulin-like Growth Factor Receptor) is a protein that plays a crucial role in cell growth and division. It is a receptor tyrosine kinase that is activated by its ligands, IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1) and IGF-2. IGFR is typically overexpressed and associated with poorer prognosis.
